2. Flex Before Flexibility

Many people think that stretching is a good activity for warming up the muscles. Before exercise, if you stretch, you’ll be sorry. Stretching should always be done at the end of your workout, after the blood is pumping and the muscles, tendonsand ligaments are warm. You can either stretch each muscle individually between exercises or
stretch your entire body at the end. Never stretch a cold, non-pliable muscle, which
may actually pose more risk of injury than not stretching at all.
